JLO completely nailed the FLAWLESS look at the Hollywood Film Awards. On Nov. 14, the 45-year-old singer and actress showed us the true definition of Hollywood glam. JLo lit up the room with her bronzed glow and million-dollar-smile! The room may have been filled with A-listers, but eyes were glued to this gorgeous Latina at the Hollywood Palladium. Not only did she look flawless posing, but she also looked confident and glowing.
